Hello friends. There is so much going on this month with Stampin’ Up! and I must share. First, let me say I’ve missed you. This last year has been a bit rough with health for me. I am determined to continue improving. I also have a renewed passion for this hobby.

First, if you are local, please mark your calendars for November 9th, 2024. I am having a Stamp Camp at my home. This is my first Stamp Camp. Here is how it works. I will create 10 to 12 cards of different themes and make card kits for each. You come to my home with your own basic supplies, take one packet at a time and make the card. You do this with friends. This is not a class, although I will be here to help all. The kits will have all the card stock, Designer Series Paper, ribbon, embellishments, etc. You make the card and then go to the next packet. There will be a fee to attend. Light refreshments will be provided. More coming on that soon.

Also, local friends, the Local Card Swap Club will be meeting on November 21st, 2024. Work on your design and your supplies in October. There is room for more to join this club. I can accommodate up to ten people. We meet monthly, the third Thursday of each month, from 9am to noon, at my home. We share our designs and everyone makes your card with your supplies. It’s social, fun, and free. Refreshments are provided. We have a lot of fun and everyone leaves with new cards! There is a change that may help some. I would love for you to purchase Stampin’ Up! through my online store – HERE – or by contacting me for ordering; however, it will no longer be a requirement. My Purple Tulip Rewards Program and the Customer $75 Incentive Program will still be available to my customers. Stampin’ Up! offers very high quality products and I hope club members will take advantage of reward programs through me and through Stampin’ Up! directly.

I have been able to preorder some items starting today and will do a video when I unbox it. Watch for that. The Excitement!

Hello! I realize it’s been awhile. Yes, I have a real problem with being retired from teaching, loving my cardmaking hobby, having a small business, and everything else I do! I try to get the small business – Stampin’ Up! – going, but my heart is really in keeping it a hobby. I then see all that is happening with Stampin’ Up and get excited! I do have friends and customers who still like to meet to make cards and still order through me. I am so grateful to those individuals as they keep my hobby going. It is important that you all know:

Online Exclusives and Catalogs

Remember we do have Online Exclusives that begin at certain times and Mini Catalogs that offer more deals. The Online Exclusives are not in a catalog. They are only offered online. See the chart for different product releases.

You will see that our catalogs run from May to April. Online Exclusives are released to customers March, July, and November, with no ending dates. They last as long as we have supplies. Don’t wait, however. Once they are gone, they are really gone. Our mini catalogs with new items sold for a limited time come out twice a year – Jan through April and Sept. thorugh December. Our Sale-a-Bration is now once a year only. The lightly shaded areas are actual releases for Demonstrators only.

Life and Its Turns and New Products

No, I have not been here for awhile. I have not stopped selling and teaching either. Sometimes, and too often in my case, life and health issues get in my way. I am again dealing with some setbacks. I just couldn’t deal with any of my hobbies for a time. I’m still a little in limbo, and will always have issues due to an auto immune disease and just the challenge of aging. I am trying very intentionally to do this gracefully as I have a lot to be thankful for.

Just recently, I started feeling better and having more energy. It eventually led me back to my card making and other passions, and I am thrilled to be back. Think of me as a part time Stampin’ Up Demonstrator who juggles my small business with doctor visits and time with family and friends.

Should you need more, I can always refer you to a wonderful leader and demonstrator whose team I am part of. I do not want to lose customers; however, I understand. My leader, Di, does any more classes in the mail, tutorials, socials online, and is a high producing saleswoman for SU. This is a very exciting time. Stampin’ Up came out with their newest catalog – Annual Catalog May 2023- April 2024 – and there are many beautiful new and returning products. Please browse through and remember to check out KITS and Paper Pumpkin as well. We also had a color refresh with the new catalog. 2019 to 2023 In Colors have been retired and the newest In Colors – 2022-2024 – are now available. Finally, more Online Exclusives will be out soon. Be sure to check them out. These are products that are available for a limited time and are not in the catalog. You can find those HERE.

What is my current plan? I have a couple boxes of retired products I need to sell, so a list will becoming out soon. I give my customers first chance before posting to seller sites. Other than that, I have kits and Paper Pumpkins that I need to work on. Needless to say, I’m a bit behind with projects. Luckily, they are for my enjoyment, so no immediate pressure.

Also, watch for some card making classes/gatherings soon. I will be having them for locals in my home. I also will be offering Christmas Card Classes soon. I like to start those in summer, so I have a stash by the holidays.
