Yes, I know. It’s been a long while since I have been here. I find that I’m newly motivated to spread the love of this hobby and small business with the changes SU! has made.

Hobby Demonstrator

I’m sure I have addressed this topic before. There is a part of me that would love to be a popular talented Demonstrator. I have ventured several times into this with classes, YouTube videos, team members, and more. As much as I love to be creative, which includes making cards with Stampin’ Up!, it is a hobby, not a business. I can still enjoy meeting with friends, making cards on my own, ordering new products, learning and teaching new techniques to others, and just having a creative outlet in my retirement. I have enough customers who order products, plus my own personal orders, to keep my demonstrator title with Stampin’ Up! That means I always welcome new and old customers to order products through my site HERE when they order. I’m also available to answer questions or teach customers while not making this a full business venture. I have already asked my good friend to remind me of my past efforts should I mention getting busier and doing more!

I must say that my Team Leader is a fulltime Million Dollar Sale Demonstrator and is extremely talented. She is a wonderful resource that is available to you as well. She offers classes in the mail, YouTube videos, and so much more. Did I mention she’s extremely talented? Just ask me and I will make sure you are added to her newsletter. Speaking of, I am starting my small newsletter again. If you were not on my subscriber list before and would like to be, or would like to be added to my leader’s FB group, please send me an email HERE.

If you are local, please check out my Local Card Swap Group HERE. We meet once monthly to enjoy making cards or other paper crafts. We will begin again in January, 2026, and would love to welcome new members.

If you are on Facebook, I did start a card swap group. I have two other co-administrators now. The three of us keep this group going. Find that HERE and join or send me an email requesting to be invited HERE. You can check out the group for awhile without committing to swapping. It’s always voluntary. We normally have four to five swaps (different themes, techniques, etc.) monthly. If you do choose to swap, you will love receiving cards in the mail from other members. Everyone is talented. Beginners are welcome and they learn quickly. It’s fun so check it out!

This blog is called Niecy Crafts and I do. Although stamping and making cards is my main hobby, I also do diamond paintings, jewelry art, wreaths, and other crafts. There’s never enough time to accomplish all I really want, but I do enjoy my free time and love giving my designs as gifts. I’ve been doing this for over six years now. I started crafting when I retired from teaching and I enjoy all of it! I will share different projects in this blog.

Finally, I do resell some Stampin’ Up! products – stamp sets, dies, embossing folders, ribbon, embellishments, etc. I do this to keep my supply down and also to allow me to afford continuing my crafting hobby. I will post those sales and do ship outside of my area or deliver to locals.

Now you have my update. Let me know if I can help you with anything.

New Products Coming Soon Let’s Take a Look

We have some new Online Exclusives coming on Nov 4, 2024. As a demonstrator, I was able to preorder some products. Although this is not everything you will see on November 4, I did order some products. I especially love the Marbled Elegance Designer Series Paper and the Brushed Gold and Silver Foil Specialty Paper. See those HERE. This is called unboxing for customers.

I also sent out copies of a newsletter with a reusable card to my prior customers and others who have shown interest. The newsletter was to reconnect with everyone and the card was a gift for them to use. I normally send information by email and will continue that. I had been inactive for awhile, however, and knew this would be a good reminder and hello! If you did not receive one, but would still like the gift, let me know by at Niecylovestostamp@yahoo.com. I just need your name and physical address. Of course, your email address is helpful, as well.

As far as what’s coming next, I will design the cards I need for Stamp Camp. I then need to make the card kits. This will keep me busy for awhile. It’s a good thing I love this!

Thank you for being a customer/reader!

Stamp Camp, Let’s Chat, Tutorial Thursday, Facebook, and more fun

Stamp Camp is a fun way for locals to come to my house and create cards. There are baskets with with different themes and card supplies in them. You choose which you would like to do, grab the basket and make the card. There is a cost for each card. You prepay a nonrefundable deposit of $10 to reserve your spot. This helps me know how many packets I need. Once there are no more in the basket, they are gone. You bring your own basic supplies like adhesives, dimensionals, scissors, and any tools you like to use. Do you need those supplies? Go to my online store – HERE – and click SHOP. You then can go to adhesives, tools, etc. The card kits contain all you need to make the card. Stamp sets, blocks, and ink are provided. I have Stamp Camp two to three times a year so watch the calendar. The next one is Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM. If you would like to reserve a spot for Stamp Camp, I take Zelle, Paypal, cash, even Square, so credit cards work. Contact me at my Niecylovestostamp@yahoo.com -and I will get back to you. Please reserve a spot by November 9. There are limited spots.

I do not want to leave the others who are not locals out. I will have Let’s Chat sessions on most Wednesday evenings, 6 PM MST. This will be on my YouTube channel – https://www.youtube.com/@niecycraftsandmore. In addition, I will be adding tutorials on most Thursdays. I call it Tutorial Thursday. Anyone can see the videos I post on my channel. Tutorials will be card making demonstrations, techniques, new catalog walkthroughs and other lessons that might help my customers.

I am also on Facebook, Stamping with Niecy. I will post videos and information there as well.

Speaking of Facebook, I have a Card Swap Group. It is strictly for SU! products with three to four swaps given monthly. Members are put into groups of ten to twelve at the most. They make enough of the same card design to mail one to each group member. It is really exciting to receive the cards in the mail. The talent is amazing. We also showcase the cards from our swaps through monthly reveal posts and cover photos. Check it out HERE. We would love new members. Just answer the membership questions and join.

Do not forget that you earn rewards for purchasing from me. You can see those in the Menu of this blog. Please review them. Of course, when you order directly from Stampin’ Up! they offer rewards as well. All reward programs are based on a certain amount spent before shipping and tax.

Please ask me if you have any questions. Comment here, on Facebook, or send an email to Niecylovestostamp@yahoo.com. I am here for you!

Thank you for sticking with me! I love my customers and friends!

More fun in October

Hello again. Here is more happening in October!

Do you love kits? I do. This month, kits are on sale for 30%. Two new kits are coming in November with the Online Exclusives, also. (These will not be 30% off as the special ends October 31, 2024.) Take a look at the variety of available kits HERE.

Two new kits that will be added November 4, 2024

Speaking of kits, did you know there is a monthly subscription program? It is called Paper Pumpkin and you may purchase one month at a time or a six or twelve month subscription to save money. Do not fret. You can place your subscription on pause, as needed. You can also be like me and get one each month. They are wonderful when I feel like making cards or kits, but do not have the energy to start from scratch. The Paper Pumpkin comes with everything you need to complete your project including instructions. There is also a monthly video to help, as needed. Go HERE to find out more.

October Paper Pumpkin. You must order or subscribe by October 10, 2024.

November Paper Pumpkin. You must order or subscribe by November 10, 2024.

I am so excited to be feeling better and starting my Stampin’ Up! fun again. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. You can reach my at Niecylovestostamp@yahoo.com.
